The Advanced Solutions’ Technical Support is a team of knowledgeable, dedicated engineers ready and eager to assist with your Autodesk software installation and support issues. We are equipped to streamline the installation and support of the products we offer, including Autodesk® AutoCAD®, Inventor®, Revit® and more.

Our Technical Support is not designed to replace training, but rather to help you diagnose and solve any technical problems you might have with the actual software.

Our support technicians utilize Citrix® GoToAssist® technology to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as quickly as possible. GoToAssist® allows our technicians to quickly view and interact with customers’ desktops and devices to address problems fast. This technology will enable us to efficiently install applications and troubleshoot technical difficulties over a secure online connection with minimal customer input.

Issue Resolution

  • Support calls are processed in the order in which they are received. Our goal is to contact the client within four (4) hours and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
  • Case resolution time varies depending on the nature and complexity of the request. The Support team will provide you with the best possible estimate of the time required to resolve the case based on available information.
