The combining of Advanced Solutions Design Software with IMAGINiT adds a significant amount of expertise to support your Autodesk investment.  The expanded Technical Support team of knowledgeable, dedicated engineers are ready and eager to assist with your Autodesk software installation and support issues. We are equipped to streamline the installation and support of the products we offer, including Autodesk AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit, Civil 3D, and more.

Technical Support is not designed to replace training, but rather to help you diagnose and solve any technical problems you might have with the actual software.

For customers with Support from Advanced Solutions Design Software:

  • Your existing support contract remains in effect until its expiration
  • You will continue to enjoy the same level of service
  • The existing ASI Design Software support team remains with the combined company and will continue to serve you and your technical support needs
  • The ASI Design Software support portal for case submissions is no longer accessible. A new support portal will be available soon.
