Important Update for the Customer Portal

As part of the recent merger between the Autodesk divisions of Advanced Solutions and IMAGINiT Technologies, the way you access our support team is changing. The ASI Design Software customer portal is no longer accessible. A new portal is in development and should be available soon. We will communicate the launch of the portal when it becomes live.

In the meantime, please know:

  • Your existing support contract remains in effect until the expiration
  • You will continue to enjoy the same level of service you have come to expect
  • Professionals from the existing ASI Design Software support team remain with the combined company and look forward to continuing to serve you and your technical support needs
  • The ASI Design Software support portal for case submissions is no longer accessible. Please submit support requests via email to support@advancedsolutions.com or our new address support@rand.com
